It's crowded but a nice place to warm up, get coffee and use wifi at the resort.
Not open year round
One of the few nice Starbucks around (with sitting space, a few couches, and tables), it gets 4-stars for existing on top of the mountain. Having said that, they do not have an independent wifi system. Instead, they seem to depend on Snowshoe's public wifi, which is terrible. Baristas are nice. Food and coffee are standard. And in case you're curious, it's open in the summer.
Typical Starbucks, but the menu seems a bit limited and the prices a bit higher since you're on top of the mountain. Line's are long, but the baristas do a good job moving people through. Coffee and food are the same quality as other Starbucks.
They do run out of tea and honey in the winter. The place is great, but struggles to keep up with the demand.
