Went in to demo snowboards with plans of buying one. Staff was not interested in helping me out, treated me like I was bothering them when I went to swap out boards, and overall didn't seem happy to be there. When it came time to purchase, they didn't have the boards I wanted in stock and they refused to sell me the board I demo'ed (which I understand but it still sucks). So now, I'm out $70 (which they said they would apply towards the board I want) and I still don't have a board :( . I highly recommend Top of The World Rentals from prior experience. I will never do business with MAC again.
